Transfer Key to Success for Marketing Major
“As a commuter, it’s very important for you to get involved. I say it all the time, but for commuters, it’s just as important for them to feel that this campus is just as much of a home as the residents,” Annemarie Bednar emphasizes.
During her first two years at Immaculata, Bednar became a student leader and took on progressively advanced leadership positions on campus, including serving as a New Student Orientation (NSO) leader and then co-chair of NSO. In addition, she was secretary of the Business Club and a member of Alpha Xi. As a senior, Bednar was the executive treasurer for the Student Government Association, an admissions ambassador, and with her experience as a commuter, she served as a commuter assistant.
